Who this notice covers
This notice describes how RoCo Roofing LLC handles information submitted through this website. RoCo owns the website lead data and connected business accounts.
Information the website collects
The estimate form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, property ZIP or address, requested service, and contact consent. You may optionally add property type, approximate roof age and material, visible damage, recent weather, claim stage, contact preference, and a short message.
The website may also record the submitted page, form placement, referring page, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, a one-way hash of the request IP address, and a request identifier for security, attribution, and abuse prevention.
The server also uses the request IP address temporarily to limit excessive submissions and, when Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, to validate the anti-spam check with Cloudflare. The saved lead record contains a salted one-way IP hash, not the raw address. Hosting and security providers may maintain their own technical logs.
Information not requested
Do not submit insurance policy numbers, full claim documents, payment-card information, bank details, passwords, recovery codes, government identifiers, or private account credentials through the marketing form.
How information is used
- Review the property location and requested project.
- Respond to the inquiry and coordinate an appropriate next step.
- Maintain an auditable lead record and evaluate duplicate or prior-contact status.
- Understand source and campaign performance without placing personal information in analytics events.
- Prevent spam, automated abuse, and excessive submissions.
How requests are stored and shared
An accepted form request is stored before any email or CRM alert is attempted. If an alert fails, the stored request remains available for RoCo to review.
Service providers and business systems
The website runs on an SF Web Tech-managed server. Cloudflare provides configured security and anti-spam services. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes inquiry details to deliver alerts to RoCo and its authorized marketing support. Recipient mailboxes, including RoCo's Zoho mailbox, are destinations for these alerts; Zoho is not the website's notification-sending service.
Authorized website administrators and approved authenticated integrations can review lead records, update internal statuses and notes, and export records for business follow-up and reporting. New CRM, call-tracking, analytics, or advertising integrations must be reviewed and reflected in this notice before activation.
Retention, access, and deletion
Lead records are retained for business follow-up, duplicate and prior-contact review, reporting, security, and legal needs. A final retention schedule remains subject to legal and operational approval. To ask about information connected to your request, contact admin@rocoroofing.com.
Phone, text, and email consent
By checking the form consent box, you ask RoCo to contact you about the submitted request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. To change your contact preference or withdraw permission for further marketing contact, reach RoCo at the privacy address below. If you receive a text, you can also reply STOP to request that texts stop. The website itself does not send text messages or operate an automated text opt-out system; RoCo handles contact requests through its business communication processes. You may still receive non-marketing messages necessary to handle an active request where permitted.
Optional analytics and browser storage
Optional Google Analytics and first-party usage measurement are disabled unless the required site configuration and approvals are in place. Where enabled, they begin only after you choose “Allow optional analytics.” Declining does not prevent calls or estimate requests. You can revisit the choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. The website does not replay events that occurred before you opted in. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in the website's analytics configuration.
Your optional-analytics choice is saved in this browser's local storage. Session storage may hold campaign attribution for an inquiry, and, after optional-analytics consent, a temporary visitor identifier and measurement markers. These are separate from the contact consent you give when submitting an estimate request. Authorized administrators use an authentication cookie to access the private dashboard.
If Google Analytics is enabled and you allow it, Google may set analytics cookies. Withdrawing the choice disables further website measurement and attempts to remove the website's accessible analytics cookies. The website cannot remove provider-controlled or inaccessible cookies; your browser's privacy controls can clear stored site data. Analytics events must not include your name, phone number, email address, property address, or form message. Inquiry attribution and security processing are described separately above and are not controlled by the optional-analytics choice.
Security
The website uses input validation, same-origin checks, bot controls, rate limiting, restricted storage permissions, and secure production transport requirements. No system can promise absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for property owners and people arranging property services. It is not directed to children.
Changes and questions
This notice may be updated when the production analytics, call tracking, notification, CRM, retention, or legal requirements are finalized. Questions can be sent to admin@rocoroofing.com.
